Kosher with us and Keller's Creamery
 A rabbi must oversee the ingredients going into the batches before it can be labeled and sold as kosher. The rabbi come's every year for a month to oversee the kosher butter manufacturing at Keller's Creamery here in Winnsboro. For the last few years the rabbi has been David Ganz. He is from Philadelphia and often rides his motorcycle here but this year they were waist deep in snow and he couldn't ride his motorbike. Many of the local merchants know him and enjoy his arrival every year and he's one of our favorite guests here at the Hubbell House. Shalom! Labels: Keller Creamery, Rabbi |
